It was great. They completed the job in a couple of days. Brian kept me informed of everything from the time the contract was signed until the job was finished. Brian was very punctual and professional. He made recommendations on some things that should be done and explained why they should be done. The crew did a great job in cleaning up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Tear down and replacement of roof, flashing replaced and custom fascia covering completed in one day. The following day the gutter and downspouts were attached. Due to an odd shaped roof line, Mr. Karnes had to custom cut a fascia covering and create a system by which rain water would be diverted into the gutters. Everything was done quickly with great precision. Clean up was phenomenal.

In a world where it seems one can expect mediocre service at best, BK Exteriors is a breath of fresh air. It was truly a joy to work with a business person who showed up when he said he would, helped me understand the various roofing options, provided a detailed cost estimate and then completed the job in a professional and courteous manner. I especially appreciated the clear communication I received regarding the status of the project.
We really were amazed that BK Exteriors showed up early one morning and with clockwork precision, removed all the old roofing and replaced it in one day! Our roof happened to be completed the evening before an EF1 tornado touched down in our community. A small tree hit our roof during this incident. The owner of BK Exteriors called me that next morning to see how we were and he came out to inspect the roof. To my happy surprise when I came home from work, I noticed he had removed the tree from the roof. This is going above and beyond in my opinion.
I would definitely hire BK Exteriors for my next exterior home improvement project.

This company went above and beyond for my home and my family. Issues arose when the process started and Brian didn't leave us hanging. He helped with every step of the insurance and details. He was on top of the situation at all times. The crew was very professional and made very little mess, all of which they cleaned up. Other than the beautiful new roof, I would never had thought they had been here.

Brian call me the same day that Angie list contacted him, he came out on a Friday to look at the roof and he came back Monday morning to repair it, he was friendly and explained everything that he did, I will use him again if I need anything else done.

.Brian came out and gave me an estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable about the work, as well as the insurance issues that might arise. He gave me a date that the workers could be there. They arrived and finished the work on the date they promised. Siding looks great! Highly recommend Brian and his crew if you need exterior work completed

Went very smooth. They found that the roof had 4 and 5 layers of shingles instead of the quoted 3 layers. Contractor did not charge extra. Soffit, facia and gutter work made the house look 100% better. Roof looks awesome.

My Mom needed new gutters, gutter guards, and a hole fixed in her roof. We spoke with Brian Karnes, the owner of BK, and he was very personable, but professional. He came out, gave us an estimate, put up the gutters, gutter guards, and fixed the hole in her roof in less than a week. Brian kept my husband and I up to date with phone calls, text messages and e-mails because he knew we were the ones looking out for Mom, and wanted to make sure we were OK with everything. The price was great, a lot less than we expected, plus they have a warranty!The quality of work was awesome. I highly recommend them!

Great. Very polite and professional. After comparing estimates we decided to go with BK Exteriors for the quality of work we knew they had done and the pricing. The roofing crew showed up at 7:30 in the morning, like promised, and by 3:00 in the afternoon everything was completed. It was done very much to our satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up after they finished. You couldnt even tell they had been there except for new roof. The owner, Brian Karnes, was here several times during the day to check the progress of the work. Would definitely hire again.

Brian estimated this job and the price was very competitive. The bid price was also the final price. The crew arrived on time and finished their work within a matter of hours. The job-site was cleaned and gone over with a magnet to clean up any nails that might have been missed. The workmanship was excellent.

The experience was okay. I would give them a 4 out of a 5. He was able to get out quickly. I had the supplies. He was pretty generous on the price. I haven’t been on the roof to look at the work.
