He is a really good guy. He has reasonable prices. He calls when your filter needs backwash and your tank needs cleaning. He lets you know ahead of time to make an appointment. He has his EPA license to where he could actually run a municipal sewage plant if he wanted to. That's nice that he is EPA licensed. He is really nice guy. The best thing is that he is thorough. He will tell you exactly what he is doing and why. You can ask him exactly what is going on, he will explain everything. He knows what he is doing. He communicates very well. He will not lead you astray. A lot of business will tell you a lot of gobbledegook and give you information and use double-talk. He does not do that. He is a very straightforward guy. He actually ran for Ohio Secretary of State a couple years ago. He is a very nice guy to talk to.
Description of Work: I had complete service done on our system. He pumped out the tank, cleaned and check the motoring system, and backwashed and cleaned the upflow filter.
