They come when they say they will, the workmanship is amazing, and they always clean up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

"Thank you for the review and for being wonderful clients!"
Electrical, painting, plumbing excellent.
Since we have now utilized their services for 3 consecutive summers, we obviously are very satisfied. All their workmen were very courteous and neat, cleaning up each day before going home.
"This project was actually performed in 2008....SIX YEARS AGO! We always stand behind our work. However, since the day we were finished, we never received a call or email from this client inquiring about the quality of the work. Why wait six years to complain? Additionally, a paint job on a cedar shake house will not last six years without some bubbling or minor touch-ups required. A painted house needs ongoing maintenance. The entire house was scraped. All bare spots were primed with an oil primer. Every sprayed surface was back-brushed. We used a top-grade paint. All best practices were followed. Perhaps there is an underlying issue with moisture causing problems with the siding? We wish this client had contacted us when they "discovered" they were unhappy as that would have been the most logical way to address any concerns. However, waiting six years in Cleveland's climate to vocalize concerns about peeling paint is not logical to us. We are reasonable, fair and professional people when we are treated the same. This review is ridiculous."
These fellows were great to work with. They kept in regular touch with me during the times when I could not be present there; they did their best to keep the costs down while ensuring that the jobs got done properly. They had a good working relationship with the city inspection office and were able to get clarification directly from the inspector when they had questions about some of the items on the list. Their subcontractors also did their jobs efficiently and in good time. The entire job took longer than any of us had hoped mostly because there were times when they could not proceed until I had the opportunity to get there to clean out things. Some of the exterior work was also delayed simply because of weather conditions, but once the temperatures were high enough, and once I gave them the go-ahead, they were right back to work. The reason for my assigning them a B grade for quality is simply reflective of the fact that I asked them to do what was minimally necessary for compliance; it has nothing to do with what they are capable of! Where I needed them to do a great job, they did!
The work included interior painting, drywalling, removing wall papers, replacing electrical outlets, installing smoke alarms, replacing windows in the basement, replacing an asphalt garage floor with a concrete floor, replacing and repainting exterior fascia, cutting back foliage, just to name some of it.
The Beards were always professional, very responsive, flexible, and helpful; I would use them again without hesitation were I living in that area and I recommend them without hesitation.
