+ -1 moreDue to the timing our delivery was delayed by the company that produced the kayaks. However, TOS was very good with keeping us informed and making sure that the product was exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure and the employees were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and willing to go out of the way to assist us, even to loading the kayaks onto my trailer.
Description of Work: We were interested in Kayaking. TOS provided a good variety of products, matched a price from a competitor, and, then, added a bonus that no one else offered.
