Although the dogs were treated by just about every vet at some point, Dr. Costello was our primary vet. Dr. Costello is very knowledgeable. The clinic is open seven days a week and has evening hours which we found to be very helpful with older dogs that have ongoing health issues

As always, our Gracie got the best care anywhere. The veterinarians and techs and office staff are beyond wonderful.

I take my dog and two cats to Dr. Wendy Jenkins at Town and Country. I really like the care she gives my pets. She listens and is compassionate. I have used Town and Country for over 20 years for my dogs and cats and totally trust them.

They treated Timber with all the care and compassion possible. You would have thought he had been going there, regularly, all his life. Because of his age and the severity of his illness, he had to be euthanized the next morning, only after they had done everything possible for him. They were very compassionate and understanding with me dealing with the situation. I recommend them to anyone living in that area looking for veterinary care.

All of the vets and staff here are great. Dr. Costello really helped and gave our dog full attention when she recently had serious health issues.

They are excellent. They are on the expensive side, but the care my dogs have received over the years has been excellent. My wife and I are big time dog lovers and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is well trained and they know their stuff. They are very sympathetic, I don't get the impression that they are patronizing. They just built a new facility a couple of years ago and it's such an improvement over the old one so it's a world of difference.

They do a very good job overall, but their first priority is making as much money as possible. Make sure you keep a folder of your visits and the tests done, because they either apparently don't keep records or it's their policy to suggest every test under the sun, every time you visit. I think they are trained to push the vet bills up to the 500-600 dollar range. Also, they never suggested or explained that it was likely that the teeth issue would continue, as this was this cat's second time removing teeth, and even brought up the possibility of removing all his teeth. I think that's because they want as many visits as they can get out of my mom.

In addition, my mom had a stray female start coming to her house. It was pregnant. My mom called to see if she could get it fixed, and they said they don't fix pregnant cats. Fine to take the moral high ground, but they would not take the kittens in their facility and attempt to find them homes, nor provide any help finding them homes. So, we're to surmise that they want my mom to just let her have more kittens in the wild, and they could either die or replicate. Wonderful morals.

We have only dealt with Dr. Costello and he is excellent. The girls were all so kind. We would recommend them. Their price is about the same as all the others. They are very professional.

I thought they were awesome because they took me at a moment's notice because my dog was very sick. They were very good about keeping her there because I had to work; they called me at the end of the day to let me know what was going on with her and I was able to call during the day to check on her. I go there all the time and I think they are wonderful people there.

I was happy with the visit and the performance of the vet. No costly unnecessary tests were performed, it was very simple and easy ideas as to make the dog feel better.

our dog had been treated at town and country, as well as other vets, over a 4 month period. town and country was able to perform this service on short notice. the vet tech assisting us was very compassionate, talking to my wife and i about our decision. (we were not sure of what we wanted to do.) she and another tech administered the injection while i was allowed to soothe my dog, petting him. afterward, she make pressed some type of clay against our dog's paw, for a momento. (i was most impressed that the did not charge us, unless we were to have a cremation done.) finally, we were allowed to leave via a side entrance so we would not have see any other animals on our way out. if you have a sick animal in need of immediate care, i would recommend town and country. i probably would not recommend them for routine care as, normally, they tend to be quite pricey.

This is the best veterinary hospital. The quality of care is amazing. Dr. Jenkins always takes time to explain your dogs health and throughly answers any questions you may have. I have been to a few other animal hospitals with my two dogs and this one is above and beyond better than any other hospital I have been to. The prices are a little more than other hospitals but the quality of care is well worth the price.

i have patronized this vet due to convenience for a long time. i have regularly felt their prices were high. i would have preferred a less expensive medication- than the one i received at $8.00 a pill . i am sure the vet could have found an older less expensive effective medication for a urinary tract infection. . someone else brought the dog to the vet or i would have asked for the above at the visit. could not return the medication after it left the building. ***** Update 5/11/10 The veterinarian called and offered to exchange the $112.54 antibiotic for an older $33.72 antibiotic. this was done despite their policy of not accepting returns.
