This is the second time I have used this provider and his work has been excellent both times. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing and completed the job efficiently and without any residual issues. I believe his price was more than reasonable. I will not hesitate to use Mr. Pippenger every time I have a plumbing issue, which is why I have written this review.

Mr. Pippenger arrived promptly, was very professional and helpful, and changed several lines, which solved my problem. I consider the price to be reasonable because of all the work he put in to try to isolate and resolve my problem, which he did.

I called him and he told me he was finishing up a job would be over in 25 minutes. He had to cut wall and pipe to get cap out that was clogging the drain. While working he found a crack in my sink that was leaking and had started to rot my vanity. He went out and purchased a sink, vanity and faucet for me which I'm pleased with. He is very friendly, professional and reasonable. Will call him from now on.

I joined Angie's List at about 9:45 in the morning and immediately began the search for a plumber to replace my toilets. I had made several calls over the past two weeks to get the job done, but no one would call me back. I called Tod at 10:15, and got a return call at 11:45 or so. I explained the problem, he quoted me a price, and said he could meet me at my place at 12:45. At exactly 12:45 he was pulling in my driveway. He was very efficient, and quick. He hauled away the old toilets, and even played with my dog. I will use him for my plumbing needs from now on. Fantastic Job.

He is a third generation plumber and training his son as well. He is very good, professional and prompt. His price is average. He is the only plumber I have ever had, I have nothing to compare him to. He is the only plumber I will call.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. It seems he is a one man operation, but that may be the way it appeared with the work I had done.

They are reliable, and they come when they say they will and the prices are reasonable. They are very honest, and they clean up after themselves.
