Description of Work: I spoke with Eric Thompson regarding carpet & tile installation & visited his store (Satolli Carpet) on a Saturday & he said he said he would call me on the following Monday with product choice. That was weeks ago & he has never called. I waited a week and then went elsewhere. Nice man, but he does not keep promises. I understand that he is a part time magician. He's not much of a carpet dealer but he sure does know how to disappear!
