RUSS SPRAGUE'S PRO CLEAN INC

i have always used stanley steamer so i called them to clean my two bedroom carpets, 250 sq ft.  the girl told me it would be 110 dollars and that they would not move beds, i told her the smaller room had a day bed and it was no problem for me to move the trundle but that i had a full bed and had recently rearranged my bedroom and the bed was now sitting on what was a traffic zone so i needed it moved.   she told me that i would have to move the bed for the men because they do not move beds,  i told her i am 65 yrs old and i could not move the bed for them!!!   i then hung up and called russ sprage, he told me that he would move the beds and the fee would be 80 dollars, he came out that afternoon with his son and did an awesome job for 30 dollars less that stanley steamer wanted and i didn't have to move a bed while two strong men watched me!!!
