One day after he completed installing the shower I called him to say that he forgot to install a soapdish. He said he would install it in 2 days - he never showed. I called again and he said he would be there on Thursday - he never showed. Now, he doesn't take my calls and will not return my calls. I text him and he does not respond. It's been six weeks and I have had no contact with him. In addition to the soap dish, the grout is now cracking and flaking. Now doubting the quality of work he did on the exterior walls I contacted a basement waterproofing company with an 'A' rating on Angie's List. They pointed out many areas that were done incorrectly. It will now cost me an additional $4,300 to correct the work P.K.Construction did. A co-worker recommended P.K. Construction to me. I should have used Angie's List, it would have saved me a lot of money and trouble. Lesson learned the hard way.
Description of Work: Repaired three exterior walls damaged by ground water. Also removed a bath tub and replaced it with a walk-in shower.
