Ms. Cathy Elder was our agent. She was prompt at both returning calls and answering our highly anxiety-ridden questions politely and professionally. Her advice and suggestions were helpful. She did everything she promised to do in our original meeting...and though our sale is not totally complete - things are better than I expected as of now....I'll complete review when all legal matters are settled.
