 + -1 moreVery untrustworthy.On May 18th Michael Primmer of Mollys Handymen E-mailed us a total cost of $710.00.We then received a phone call stating a total price of $750.00.Work was supposed to be started on June 11th but by 2:50 pm Michael was a no show so we called him and he said he was just finishing up a job and would start our decks the following morning but at 10 pm June 11th Michael called and stated the price of materials had gone up and the total cost would now be $1,300.00 !!How does the price go up almost $600.00??? He has put us in a serious situation because we could have chosen someone reliable and trustworthy and now we have to start all over again getting new estimates!! We don't appreciate being lied to.
Description of Work: Tear down decks,secure bracing,and build new deck.
