James called a week before to double check on our set date, then he also called the day before, as well as this morning and not, is he on time, but early. That hasn't happened in a long time from anyone else that I called when I was getting estitmates and so forth.
James moved around on the roof and repaired another companies bad work, excenttly. He also did the repair to the chimney, also put a chimney cover on, the work does look great. And I am not one easily pleased or impressed. A person really has to earn that with me, and let me state that James has earned my praise.
A person can be happy with his work, and that means his work, not some other crew person but James hisself did the work as he stated last year when he first looked and the job I was asking him for a estitmate on.
It was nice to finally actually talk with the boss in the beginning and seeing thast he stood behind his statements when it came time to the work being done.

Don't look for a web page because he does not have one.
Do know he is bonded and insured.
Do know he knows how to do the job correctly.
Do ask questions.
Do ask him to inspect in case other things have been overlooked or have been installed improperly.
