A person from the company came and met with me and talked about what I wanted done. He said he would get back to me and never did. This was over a year ago. He once returned my call and rest of the times he never called me back, nor sent me a bid. Once he said he would send it the very next day and nothing ever came. This happened half a dozen times. I just quit calling him because I was sick and tired of it. I called them because they had a perfectly clean slate on Angie’s List with nothing but exemplary reviews and ratings. There was not one bad thing or black mark about them out of all the reviews. I find that hard to believe since they did not seem to care. I was really disappointed. I called last fall for an update and the person said he forgot about me. He just blew me off. They could have said they did not have time. They should have been straightforward but they were not. They made these promises but never did anything nor called back. Winter season would have been perfect for the job and now it is hard to get a concrete company as most of them are engaged in this season. I gave him a lot of chances and leeway but they did not follow through anything.
