Good experience. A little difficult getting them to begin the service because we did pick a busy time of year and the weather didn't cooperate, but when they finally arrived, they did a thorough job, and were very professional and easy to work with. No complaints !

This year because I have a disability I can't load my lawnmowers up and go to Dad's like I was. They slid us in - they were totally booked - and because I had used them a couple of times out of the blue, they actually remembered our name, our address, and they put my Dad in on it. They are not taking on new customers, but they said "You've called us, you are wonderful, your Dad does good, let me try to squeeze you in." They are on their fifth cutting already. They are very fast and efficient. The cleanup is nice. When they are taking their mowers and stuff back to their trailers they don't leave tracks of grass all over your yard, or down the driveway or on the sidewalk. If there are any lumps in there, they use the blower and they blow it out. One time there was a lot of grass because the grass was so high, they asked if we wanted them to bag it and rake it, which was nice, because anyone else would have said "That's too much raking," I said it was ok because once it dried I could just take the blower and blow it around real nice and then it will deteriorate in to mulch. They are very punctual. With the way it rained over the last couple of days, most people would not have cut. They checked whether anything was real wet, and they asked, and we said - as long as you don't get stuck and spin your wheels - you can go ahead. When you ask them to do stuff extra, as long as it's not out of hand, they do it at no extra cost. I pointed out a few things for them to watch for at my Father's house and they were good about it. They show up, they don't knock on the door, they don't disturb you. They show up first thing in the mornings at a responsible hour and they just go right to work. The company is very strict on it's employees.
