She came and did a spring cleaning while we were at work. Walking through the door to a freshly cleaned home was fantastic. She does an amazing job. The price was less than we anticipated. She is super sweet and is willing to work with your schedule. Will definitely use the service again! Highly recommend.

I am so sorry you were unhappy or very disappointed with my response time. Please try to understand that I work alone with residential and commercial clients and also am a mom of two extremely busy teenagers. I typically follow up promptly with prospective clients using my current and most updated method of communication, which is via my business email and/or phone number that are both currently found in my profile under Company Information. So receiving inbox messages here as well makes it very difficult and next to impossible for the constant need of checking multiple email/inbox sources. I will be following up with Angie's List to see if there is a possibility of forwarding my inbox messages I receive here to my business email. And please know that my slow or lack of response was neither intentional nor the way I conduct business, which can be very easily verified with any of my current or past clients, my reviews here on Angie's List and/or any of my references. I left a message for a quote on house cleaning and after 2 weeks, did not receive a call back. When I called them again, someone answered and said "oh we don't go out that far". I guess when they list 6 counties they don't really mean it. Wish they at least would have called back and told me instead of not responding.

She is really nice and she does a very good job. It is approximately between $20 and $25 an hour. I like that she comes in and does the work fairly quickly and does it thoroughly. She comes on time and she comes when she says she will. The last person I had called off all the time and never came on the day she was supposed to come.

I was so VERY impressed with Kristin! She did a fantastic job. Her price was reasonable and I was so impressed, I decided to hire her to come every 2 weeks. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, who does a fabulous job and pays attention to detail, then Kristin is the professional you want in your home! Thank you Kristin!!

Cleaned the entire house including washing the knobs from the oven, washing the grills from the oven, cleaned the inside of the microwave, wiped down the cabinets, dusted, mopped, vaccumed, and scrubbed floors.

She was amazing. Returned my initial call the same day and had an estimate for me within the week. The following week I had her come clean the house while I was at work. As soon as I opened the door, the house smelled fresh and clean. I am beyond happy. The initial cleaning does cost a little bit more, but she is worth every bit.

Kristine Butts of Fairytale Professional Cleaning Service is a Godsend!!! I use her service every two weeks for my house, and she does a fantastic job for a great price. I also love to come home on those days because the house smells so clean! I am a pretty neat person, but I have two dogs (one a puppy) and there is always fur all over the house - she gets it all up and leaves the house spic and span. When I first called her, she promptly returned my call, set up an appointment, showed up on time and was able to give me pricing on the spot. I would definitely recommend the company.....

I generally use Fairytale Professional Cleaning Service before I have company at my home. I have a three story house but I have never had her clean the third story. I have a dog so everything has to be done at the last minute.

I used Fairytale Professional Cleaning Service for house cleaning services. She dusts, vacuums, cleans bathrooms, floors and washes the woodwork in the kitchen and some other areas that do not have carpet.
