Description of Work: They provided mitigation services for a bathroom leak that soaked through the floor to the rooms below. They responded promptly and pulled up tile, drilled holes in the ceiling and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They told us that their remodeling staff to actually complete the repairs were "backed up" but that we would hear from them. They never did set up an appointment to actually do the repairs, and we ended up hiring another contractor. Unfortunately, the repairs have still not been completed.
