Exterior Painting

I gave them a deposit.  They have been out twice to power wash the house, but have not come back to finish the job.  They do not come in the morning when they do come.  They come in the early afternoon.  They keep calling me with excuses.  There have been nice weather days where they have not come at all or attempted to finish the job on those days.  They locked in our job with our deposit and are still on another job.
