D & K ROOFING SPECIALISTS INC

The workers did a great job, they were very professional, they made sure to protect our plants and shrubs, & they cleaned up every night before they left. The job was completed quickly. The roof & gutters looks great. Overall everything went very smoothly and we are very happy with everything.

We noticed roof damage 2 days before Christmas in the afternoon. My father-in-law had passed that morning and I didn't want my husband on the roof to examine the damage. I called D and K late the in afternoon on Dec. 23. On Christmas eve at 8:00 a.m. 2 workers from D and K arrived at my home to assess the damage and took care of any potential leaks. There was no charge for this service. We had a prior quote from a different roofing mpany but since D and K was so great about helping us out during the holidays, we had them give us a quote. Their quote was identical to the other company. We chose D and K. My insurance company decided to cancel my coverage until the roof was repaired. Cancellation was to take place in February. D and K found some nice days in February and got the job started. Unfortunately winter rolled in and work was delayed. The roof was finished in March. I couldn't get D and K to send me an invoice. He was adamant he wouldn't bill me until I had received my insurance claim money. My insurance was not going to cover the entire claim. and D and K was aware of that. I told him I had the money to pay him anyway but he was adamant he would not send me his invoice until I received the insurance co. money.
I felt they did a great job and appreciated their efforts in helping us out.

They've done quite a few houses on our street. I think they were cheaper than the other guy that came to us.

Totally unprofessional.

Never called me back

We have used many contractors...D and K was the best. They came when they said, completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned everything up and did everything well. (My husband usually reinforces what our other contractors do...this time he was pleasantly surprised by the quality). When I sold the property in 2008 there was a question about something to do with an old leak. They came out explained what was done and made a small correction (free!). The sale went through.

We also had them do a roofing job on our barn several years later. Again, excellent workmanship at a reasonable price!
