He estimated the cost of the project gave me the best price. Went through the entire process of the job to be done. Came to my house at the time he said he would be there. He then went over the process of the job to be done and then started the process. When he was done with the job, he went over what was done . Also did a small job for me that I was working on at no cost. Great work I would definitely recommend this company!!!

Very personable, but also very professional. Right from the get-go, he was upfront about what needed to be done, and how to do it. He was honest and fair with the job cost. He even had to do some extra work, like moving a gas line stub out of the way (and capping it), to get his wire into the spot needed. Every step of the way, you're informed. I wish every trade contractor was as easy to work with as Chad.

"Arrived on time, I was totally upfront with what I was going to do and I also indicated if I didn't correct her problem, there would be no charge, corrected the circuit issue as I told her I would, removed the short from the circuit and re-energized, found the air conditioner circuit was in advertently, turned off by someone trying to help which I corrected. I also took the time to remove the component out of the fixture to provide to the customer. In case she wanted to replace the component that went bad versus a new fixture. She's on a fixed income.. the fee for all this was $100 ? She only gave me four stars for value, which I would like t"

The service was actually for removing the existing panel board and breakers along with the weather head and meter socket. Let me tell youâ ¦he was prompt, knowledgeable, professional but friendly, tidy, all about doing the job right and most of all reasonably priced. Chad is wonderful!
