Work was performed as described during our initial meeting and measuring for estimate. Excellent references were provided on request. This provider is insured, registered with BBB. Existing entryway hardwood flooring was sanded, and definition or 'frame' boards were replaced so that the new flooring would blend well. Brian and his helper always arrived when they said they would be here. They both worked on a consistent basis the entire time they were in the house. Sawing area was set up at the edge of the garage which meant working in this recently very cold wintery weather. They cleaned up before leaving each day. The entire scope of work was completed within 1.5 weeks. His original estimate was potentially 2 full weeks. They moved the bulk of my furniture out of the way in order to work on half of the overall space in the first segment, then shuffled it all to the finished half in order to complete the remaining segment. After the last coat of finish had dried for 24 hours, they returned to place the furniture back in position. They placed permanent protective discs on the bottoms of all pieces of furniture, chair legs, table legs, etc., as additional protection for the new flooring. All quarter round trim was removed and replaced with new, along with appropriate threshold strips where needed. Very pleased with the work, professionalism, and polite treatment.
