I HAVE PURCHASED APPLIANCES FROM THE APPLIANCE WAREHOUSE SINCE 1988. DON MALLARD IS THE OWNER AND ALSO THE PRIMARY SERVICEMAN FOR SEVERAL APPLIANCES AND MODELS. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THE COMPANY TO HAVE SEVERAL APPLIANCES TO CHOOSE FROM, IT'S A VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED WAREHOUSE TO SHOP IN, AND LOW PRESSURE SALES.

THEY ARE THE MOST PROFESSIONAL SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH (AND I CONSULT BUSINESSES ON HOW TO IMPROVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!). THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY IS THE SERVICE REPAIRMAN. HE IS ALWAYS PROMPT, KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM, IS FAMILIAR WITH SEVERAL BRANDS, RECOMMENDS A COUPLE OF SOLUTIONS, IS TRUSTWORTHY, CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF (BRINGS HIS OWN SWEEPER), AND IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ONLY 1 HOUR NORTH OF COLUMBUS OFF OF RT. 23. THEY HAVE A FULL WAREHOUSE OF APPLIANCES AS WELL FOR SALE. I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM SINCE 1987.
