Awesome! Jeff, the owner, was at our home doing work himself and providing supervision to his crew. Very attentive and quality efficient job. We used other contractor for certain areas due to my connections and Jeff worked very well with them.

It was great. Jeff did a great job. He did the job within a day. He was very clean. He was very professional.

I would never hire anybody. They are wonderful, shown up on time, and communicated with me. The clean up was very nice and the job was done on time.

They were there bright and early and continued to install laminate flooring in all but the bedrooms. I trust Jeff and his crew to do a top notch job every time.

This is the second job Jeff Chard has preformed for us with excellent results. Once Jeff is committed to a project he never leaves until it is completed. The job site is always clean at the end of the day, and spotless on completion.

Logan Construction has completed 6 projects for me and I have been very happy with each completed project. The first was a hall bath gut/remodel. From the very beginning, I knew they were not the typical contractor. The detail of the estimate was amazing and very much appreciated. The workmanship, professionalism, timeliness and ability to explain the process was excellent. They were always there when they said they would be and always return phone calls. Logan Construction is always the go to for any project and the only company that I am comfortable referring to friends/family. After completing first project, they have gutted/remodeled master bath/bedroom, gutted/remodeled my kitchen and main floor, replaced the fireplace surround and mantel, replaced basement flooring due to water damage. They are currently working on replacing all trim, doors, casings, new banister/spindles and newel posts. I constantly receive compliments - especially the kitchen since guests spend so much time in there while in my home.

Jeff and his son completed the job in 2 days.  The work performed was outstanding.  The attention to detail was excellent.  They were extremely professional and very easy to work with.  I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Had two estimates from company from Angie's list. Liked the first person and almost called to cancel the appointment with Jeff, owner of Logan's Construction. Glad I did not do that. If you need tile work done I do not think anyone can top Jeff. He was considerate and listened to the ideas of what I wanted. The end product is excellent.

Jeff did have his son work with him and they both were very respectful to have in the home. Did not mind leaving them and trusting they would lock up when finished. The work was cleaned up and tools out of the way at the end of each day. I have recommended Logan Construction to anyone needing work within the home. If I ever am lucky enough to build a new home my first call would be to this company.

Jeff even repaired a few thing around the house he noticed. For example I had a door that would not stay open on my bedroom and he fixed that the first day he noticed it without adding to my bill.

Initially Jeff surveyed the area where we desired the new structure, and made recommendations for the area and style of structure that would be the most appealing for the building, while taking our budget into consideration. This was very helpful since our pole barn essentially would function as a large second garage and in close proximity to our home. Plans were submitted to the county for proper permitting. During this process we discovered some unique characteristics to our lot that required special consideration and permitting. While this turned out to be an arduous task, and slowing the initial progress to construction, Jeff went above and beyond out expectations getting the proper paperwork in order. We were not charged extra for this, even though he had every right to up his estimates. Once permitted, the construction began and evolved fairly quickly. Jeff never rushes his work and the quality and professional results show it. He also made himself available to answer all my questions throughout the process, from the initial permitting, selecting quality materials, to putting the finishing touches on the project. It should also point out that the estimate was accurate to within 100 dollars. If I am not mistaken it was to the lesser, not greater.

He also stands behind his work. A year after construction an ice storm pulled a gutter away from the barn, and I gave him a call. I arrived home from work a couple days later to find the problem corrected. No charge, and I have not had an issue since.

Jeff is involved in all types of remodeling and construction. We will use his services again, and could not recommend his work more.

I have been compiling pictures for years as inspiration for the kitchen of my dreams. My better half finally agreed that it was time to do something. We decided to take our photos and ideas to one of the larger companies here in our area. Although we worked for weeks on the design and layout, the cabinets available in the product line limited us. Nevertheless, I was excited about the process. When it came down to hiring a contractor, we knew immediately whom we wanted. Jeff Chard had installed tile for us years earlier and I held on to his business card. I remembered how honest, professional, and dedicated to his profession he was and I knew he would be perfect for our job. I am so thankful I called him that day, because we were about to make a deposit. Jeff listened to what I wanted and heard what I needed in my new kitchen. He then requested that we meet a custom cabinetmaker (Master Craftsman), whom he had worked with for years. Together, the kitchen I had been dreaming about ended up on paper. We are DIYers, and Jeff took everything into consideration and worked with us. Our kitchen included: Brazilian walnut flooring, custom white painted 36 inch maple shaker cabinets with deep usable storage, deep no-slam easy gliding drawers, two beautifully custom stained islands with incredible storage, a commercial hood, black granite counters, Carrera marble subway tile back-splash, a custom pantry, and my dream farmhouse sink. Our kitchen makes sense now. We have extra storage still and room for several cooks or guests, which would have been impossible in our old kitchen. We have only positive words about Jeff Chard, he was timely, dedicated, professional, flexible, honest and an all around great guy. We would hire him again in a second.
