Finish First Construction

Hired Dustin to reseal the stamped concrete patio he installed for me a couple years previously. An area was not done properly and is an eye sore. Spent 60days trying to get him to come look at the area and fix it. Never came. Filed a BBB complaint, he never responded to it. In the process now of filing a claim in small claims court. He was made fully aware in that 60days as to what my next steps were, still never came out. Customer service communication is very poor. Spent $1500 for a reseal with poor aesthetics and I would not recommend this company.

I've known Jim Clark since high school. Connected with Jim after seeing an advertisement for Finish Line Construction and received a quote for a new roof and new siding. Over the years with the wind swirls in the higher arches a few pieces of siding would come loose. I would contact Jim Clark and he would immediately take care of the repairs from a few of the siding pieces coming loose. And the roof is still solid after 10+ years since install.

Dustin came out and he seemed like he was going to do a good job, at 1st I only wanted a 12ft patio then I changed it to a full length. he had a color left over and I choose it that was good, then when he poured the second half it was 2 shades lighter Not happy with that! he also chipped my driveway with his tractor and now it is cracking even more,he also splattered concrete on my house which will not come off. I addressed this issue with him and he promised to repair it. I have waited until now and sent him a tex with pictures stating that it has to get fixed that was on 8/9/20 no reply what so ever I sent another tex on 8/19/20 and still no reply. I also do not believe he is insured or bonded . I would say if you intend to hire this guy make sure you watch his work very carefully before you give him his final payment.

I recently had an extension on my patio. Dustin returned my calls promptly. They showed up on the agreed time. The crew was easy to work with even with a curved section. The work was done exactly like I envisioned. I would definitely recommend Finish First Construction.

Dustin (the owner) Was very punctual and did everything he said he would do. He also went the extra mile to make sure everything that was disturbed by his machinery was fixed. These guys rock! I would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat. In fact we already have.

My bathroom looks a thousand times better thanks to Dustin and his crew.
