Its going very well! This is a wonderful company to work with. They are meticulous and always do exactly what they say they are going to do; you really couldn't ask for more in a company.

Took a bit longer than originally estimated, but it was a large project. Tim provided excellent design options and choices.

Tim Englert Construction does such nice work. They are first-class all the way. They do not take short-cuts and you can be assured your project will turn out beautiful. They are not the cheapest on the market, but in our opinion, you get what you pay for. This is the second job they have done for us. The first one, about 12 years ago, they remodeled our kitchen and main bathroom. We would never use anyone other than Englert.

The whole process went very smoothly. While this company was more expensive than a couple of other estimates it was the most thorough, detailed and specific estimate we got and there were no surprises. What was quoted was what the project cost. The planning stages were done with thought and attention to detail. Tim and Chris were helpful with every decision that needed to be made. Once the building started the crew of Mike and Dave were friendly and polite and great to have around. They were true craftsmen and the work shows it. We will use them again.

Construction went smoothly. His crew members knew what they were doing and worked on time and efficiently. The carpenter, Scott, went beyond what was needed to finish the basement nicely, especially in a play area for our daughter. Any questions we had were promptly answered.We have no complaints or concerns. The subcontractor who installed the ceiling tile was a little brusk and borrowed some of our tools without asking ( ! ) but did a nice job. And maybe the plastic used to seal off areas not being renovated could've been tighter -- some dust from drywall got into storage areas. But these are minor details.
We liked Englert enough to use them again for an outside job, replacing the entire entryway of our front door, which again was done well and to near perfection.After nearly three years nothing has gone wrong with our finished basement, and the kids love it.

Tim Englert Construction, provides a detailed plan of action before the construction begins. You meet the foreman and the lead carpenter on your project, and everyone has a chance to discuss the project, and voice any concerns that they might have.But, when a contractor opens a wall in an older home, they don't have any idea what they might find, and our home was no exception.
The crew handled themselves in a very professional manner, gave us the information, and together we decided the appropriate action to take to resolve the problem.All the subs arrived on time, and were wonderful to have in our home. We knew who was coming, and what they would be working on, and what to expect. Because we run a business from our home, it was imperative to have this information.
All of the materials used, are of great quality, and Tim and his team went above and beyond to find the exact siding that we wanted!!!The work is beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. It is not an exaggeration to say that the remodel has changed our lives, it is a long awaited dream come true.
We would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

They were very comfortable to talk to and they were people, we liked to deal with. It was a little difficult to schedule an appointment, but they were very professional. They spoke to the point and were great. I liked their services and have contracted them for the job. I will contact them in the future, too, for a quote.

It didn't go that well. We spent about six months on designing and when it came down to it he came in so far over the estimate, that we just dropped the project. It wasn't even close to what he had originally ball parked us.

The only problem was they would not do the painting so I had to work around them and the new cabinets. They were very trustworthy because there was at least one guy there everyday until the job was finished.

ON TIME, EXCELLENT QUALITY, COURTEOUS WORKERS. TWO OTHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES DIDN'T WANT THIS JOB. ALSO DIAGNOSED CAUSE OF EXCESSIVE INDOOR HUMIDITY AND ADVISED HOW TO ELIMINATE IT. THEIR DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS ARE EQUAL TO THEIR SUPERIOR BUILDING SKILLS. OTHER CONTRACTORS WERE IGNORANT TO DIAGNOSING TROUBLE, ENGLERT WAS A TRUE PRO. KNEW CONSTRUCTION INSIDE AND OUT.

THEY WERE METICULOUS.

THE JOB TURNED OUT BETTER THAN I EXPECTED, AND IT WAS DONE WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS ORIGINALLY DISCUSSED.

IT LOOKS GREAT. WE'VE TOLD EVERYONE THEY WERE GREAT. THEY ARE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY.
