I am very satisfied with the quality of work which Mark Thompson provided. He was responsive in a timely manner, offered me a cost efficient solution to my problem, and kept his commitments. I would definitely recommend Thompson Excavating !

He was very honest. He did an outside basement waterproofing job. They had to dig around the outside of the house and replaced most of that with gravel and they tarred the masonry lock outside the basement wall and they filled it up with gravel and resealed it with top soil. They did a great job. They did what they said they would do. There were no surprises. They came out when they said they would and they started the job late during the fall and they could not finish the work on time due to weather condition. I had another compliment for them. The weather in Ohio is so unpredictable and they made the right decision and planed their work accordingly. I am completely happy with their job and I would highly recommend them.
