I can't recall the exact price. I don't know if you get to choose who your title manager is as our Finance Manager who was doing all our loans chose him.  It involves loads of paperwork and filling out forms with information and numbers to get the money for your mortgage from the bank. You want that company to be good at what they do and to be thorough and quick. If they go to file your title and it if there is anything there that might raise a red flag or if anything is out of place, they will flag it and it will cause delays and issues. They are there to insure all the information is correct. They were reputable. It was a positive experience. They were prepared for us. They went through all the documents with us.  We got into our home quickly, so the process was swift. They were prompt. There were no issues.
