They were on time and very professional.  I could not give any higher praise A+.

They were really professional and showed up on time.They've done all the plumbing on our house and they do good work. I'm very happy with them.

They removed existing copper that supplied the kitchen and other bath upstairs. They installed a "home-run" manifold in the adjacent basement that has balanced water supply pressure to all fixtures. They cleaned up every day they were there (3). They did what they said they would and worked with us on the design process as height clearance was critical for the shower and the room is a main HVAC trunk feed area for the upper level. It turned out extremely well; better than we were expecting. They were on time, very professional, courteous- all the things you hope for when hiring someone you don't know.

I was pleased with their work especially. They respond quickly and they are quite professional. I would definitely recommend them.

We didn't have any complaints. He was prompt and showed up when he was supposed to be here. There was no mess left behind and he seemed genuinely willing to do what needed to be done. He was able to get out in a timely manner and did a nice job. In face, he was slightly early. We would definitely call him again if we needed a plumber, we are glad to have him.

Ronnie told us the tub material had to be ordered. Within a week he called to arrange to do the work. Because an apartment had its copper pipe stolen, he had to call and give us another date. These people in the apartment were without water so we agreed to the postponement. The next day Ronnie came an hour later then promised because the job before ours took too long. He fixed our tub. My husband waited 2 days before using it. Now it seems to be holding. When he left the bathroom needed no clean-up. We were very happy.

They were very professional and efficient. The three plumbers that were sent to the job were very courteous and very informative through every step of the process. They went out of their way to accommodate us so we could live in our home while the work was being completed. The entire job was done in 3 days with little inconvenience to us. The cost was very reasonable and we are very pleased with the results.

RONNIE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS AS WERE THE REST OF HIS EMPLOYEES. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND TIMELY. OUR DOCTOR WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

MARK DISTEL AND HIS ASSISTANT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, QUICKLY AND UNDER BUDGET, WITH TOP-NOTCH CLEANUP. THE SYSTEM WORKS AS EXPECTED, WITHOUT A HITCH. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR FUTURE WORK.
