We didn't have an appointment and left the vehicle over night. We requested they look into providing two new tires vs. one for drivability. We worked a deal. The tires are on and we are ready for the change in season. Very curteous and understanding.

Almost immediately after leaving I heard scrapping in the wheel area. Took it back on Saturday but I didn't want to wait. They are very busy especially on weekends. I scheduled for Monday at 4P. Car was taken right in. This one miffed them a bit. They had it for 2.5 hours. The solution was a new set of rotors with upgraded pads because they could not figure out why the noise was not going away. If you are looking for fast convenient work on things like brakes - they are great. Todd and James upfront keep things moving.
