Maria did a very thorough first cleaning of our house. Arrived at stated time and spent ~4 h. She is very professional, and personable. Would certainly recommend. Her charge rate is in line with other cleaners we have had.

Maria's cleaning service did a fantastic job ! I had Maria in for a deep clean on my home. She was willing to do above and beyond per request. Such as doing the basement as well, even though it's not included in the over all estimated deep cleaning .. it was only an extra $50! The girls were here on time , very friendly and kind . I have already recommended Maria's cleaning service to friends and family and I would defiantly reccomend Maria's cleaning service to any one who was seeking service ! The prices are lower than most other companies and are very flexible !

PRICE WAS CHANGED AFTER AGREED UPON and well into job. Cleaner refused to do entire house. Said finished basement was not included but not until there. Said it was a misunderstanding. Did not even clean inside of fridge until complained about. Owner seems sweet, but do NOT believe. This service ended up being over $50 an hour.

"A deep clean was requested the basement was never mentioned. Deep cleans do not include basements unless requested. Basements are not included in the square footage of the house. The refrigerator was cleaned inside and out upon completion of the job. You complained the refrigerator was not done when we hadn't even started the main floor yet and were finishing up the upstairs. A deep clean was performed for $150. For $150 the basement is not included, we would have been more than happy to clean the basement as well for an additional fee. I was there for over 6 hours. I hand washed all baseboards in entire home because of all the dog hair. The actual homeowner was happy with our service. We were there for approximately 6 hours which is by no means $50 an hour. I have an A+ rating on Angie's list and my business was built solely on word of mouth and references. I'm sorry for any misunderatandings or assumptions you may have had but I did not change anything. A deep clean was quoted for $150 per our spring special and a deep clean is what was performed. At No time ever was anything ever changed."

This by far exceeded my expectations! Maria went above and beyond to scrub our pesky white porcelain kitchen sink and tile shower. Admittedly, we hadn't taken the best of care with them, but they truly looked brand new by the time she was done. I've attempted a deep clean like that before but never came close to those results. Over a week later, and our house still smells fresh! Pricing is based on the size of your home and the services needed, but I will say we're getting our money's worth! Thanks, Maria!

Apparently due to the fact that we have had her performing her duties for a period of over three years, we are more than satisfied. She arrives, ready to perform her duties, and completes them satisfactorily. We have had other housecleaners over the years, and Maria is a great worker. She does a prescribed routine, and is always willing to do additional chores if required.
