 + 0 moreI was very impressed with his honesty, communication skills, professionalism, and promptness. I will most certainly go back to him when it is time to replace the roof.
Description of Work: My home inspection findings included cracked shingles on a 19 year-old roof. Jim was highly recommended by my realtor. I asked him to please assess the state of the roof as the home inspector could not walk the roof due to inclemet weather. The owner, Jim Little, handled the phone consultation and estimate personally. Jim inspected the roof, and said that it did not require any repair or replacement at this time.
