Both doors where damaged and wrong I asked the sales rep who also claimed to be an expert for a front entry door that opened in and to the left when I answered the door because I am a paraplegic and this will accommodate my disability I also ordered the front door with beveled glasses when I received the doors the front door opened the wrong way and did not have beveled glass and the rear door had damaged woodwork and damaged weather stripping and did not have the screens when I confronted them they sent me another panel for the rear door but then proceeded to blame me for the front door being wrong so after a yelling match with the store manager they offered to send me a new front door but continued to blame me saying I got what I ordered so when they resent the door they broke the glass and had to reorder it again waistline my installers time yet again so finally the third time it came in it had a huge scratch in the side panel so I asked for a refund they refunded me for the door after blaming me and here I am with no door and a 900 dollar bill from my installer because he came out on three different occasions.
