Dan rebuild a shed and renovated the interior of our house. Good communication and was able to complete work despite some obstacles. Very happy with everything and would hire again.

they billed me for things they did not even do. The work was shoddy and one of the banisters fell off the wall. Also they weigh over billed me. They are not legitimate

D&L Kaisk was outstanding. Dan took the time with the smallest of details in order to provide the best quality. As with most home projects, things happen and often go awry but Linda stayed in constant contact in order to keep the project moving along. The overall cost for labor and materials was in-line with other quotes I had received. Dan and Linda are very nice individuals and easy to get along with. Once my main project was completed, Dan even stayed longer to help me with a small minor repair, at no extra charge. I would highly recommend D&L Kaisk for any home project. They know how to get the work done and completed with outstanding quality.

We hired Dan to put in a new faucet,run new water lines under the kitchen sink and install 2 shutoff valves. He did a great job. It all turned out really well. The price was very good, and very good workmanship. I will recommend him to anyone. Thanks Dan.

I felt I was very clear with what I wanted done for my basement project which included finishing the bathroom, laundry room. The contractor provided a very vague description of services with a high bid. The contractor required half payment down. The contractor continued to charge extra charges for services I felt was or should have been included in the bid. He covered my access to my shut off valve for my outside water spIgot. He would have charged me extra for putting an access panel in. He left such a mess. I asked multiple times when he was going to clean up his response was I don' t clean . I have plaster on my ceiling fans and built in bookshelves. I am still cleaning up after this guy. On our final settlement he was trying to charge me for even more extra charges. We settled at $100 OVER the amount I felt I owed him. I should charge him for my clean up costs. I would not hire this company again or would I recommend him for anyone else.

"I made several trips to pick up materials for you, no charge, I installed several items for you not on the estimate, no charge, you never even offered me or my workers a glass of water the whole 3 weeks we were working there, who does that?? You are not an honest person, and not a very decent person, I wish there was a registry of people like you so contractors would know who to avoid working with... Not a good experience... thanks for lying and trying to damage my character."

Dan is honest, thorough, keeps in touch all the time, complete professional work. Had to battle mother nature, but still carried on during ugly days. He had a big job and made the house look like a new home. Improved curb appeal, and now I have a lovely front porch to enjoy for the summer.
