One issue, which Charley corrected, was the initial vinyl posts he ordered were 5" x 5" and before he installed them I told him they would not look right when replacing 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" posts and I wanted 4" x 4" posts. Other than that the end result is what I expected with only a slight delay due to having to reorder the correct posts.
