Lawn Tool Repair
I had been calling around to get quotes on servicing my tractor and McCullough had the best pricing out of the quotes I had gotten. They sounded really nice on the phone and made it sound like it wouldn't be a problem to get my tractor in and out. I didn't get an exact time frame, but considering it was just a routine service job and a flat tire, I assumed it would be quick. It is now May 1st and I still don't have my tractor/mower back. I have been calling several times a week for the last few weeks to find out when it will be done and I keep getting told that "maybe tomorrow" it will be ready.
I'm starting to feel like they take on as many jobs as possible and probably have more jobs lined up than time to complete them.
