These home additions went extremely well.  The quality of the work exceeded all of  our expectations.  Both additions look they were part of the original home which was built 37 years ago.  He blended them amazing well into the existing structure.  We feel the best way we can describe his work is 'He's a perfectionist.  He does our jobs like he was doing them for his own home.  He has a select group of very competent, quality driven subcontractors who do the job right.  We are impressed at the attention he gives to even the smallest details.  We feel his pricing is very attractive especially given the quality of his work. 
 We definitely plan having Paul do work in the future.
 We would definitely recommend him to our friends.

Sedar Construction was good. They're very professional, good quality of work and they cleaned up. They accommodated whatever I wanted, communicated about what time they were coming and what's good for me.

We have used multiple contractors in the past renovating other areas of our home. None met Paul's level of quality or professionalism. His sub contractors were the finest I have ever worked with. I recommend him without reservation.  If you strive for a job done with perfection as I do, this is your company.

Paul, the contractor, did a fantastic job. We got several bids on the project. We had very specific expectations about the work that was to be done and went with Paul because he had the experience we thought would be necessary to complete the work to our expectations. We selected higher end products and he did a beautiful job. He expects a lot from his subcontractors and they do a great job. He showed up on time, he did what he said he would do, he worked long days and he cleaned up after himself. He was a great communicator and explained things very well. I will definitely use him again in the future.
