My condo association has used Joe for a few years for both lawncare and snow removal. Joe is very reliable and keeps a very regular schedule. I never have to worry about the job getting done. If it is the summer months the place looks great after he leaves and in the winter, seldom do I have to worry about an unplowed drive. He even gets out of his truck to clean up snow by the garage doors that his plow can't safely reach. The association pays Joe a fix fee per month to do snow removal. With the lack of snow this winter I am sure Joe had a tough winter considering others may pay per push, but we honored our commitment and paid every month. To show his gratification, Joe did a spring cleaning for us at no charge.If I could pay for snow plowing every winter and get virtually no snow, and spring cleaning, I'd do it again.

Well. He's punctual, does a good job, communicates as needed and does not come or bill when not needed.

We were out of town, and needed Joe to tidy up the yard while we were away. He did a great job with a quickie grass cut and edge. We use Joe for Spring and Fall clean ups, and it is great to also use him for a quick job like this.

Joe does an excellent job. $40.00 may seem a bit high, but he does more than just run through the property with a lawn mower; he treats it as his own and makes sure it's presentable, picking up twigs along the way and some light weeding, if needed. If it's too dry and nothing has grown, he skips a week instead of running through to make a buck. I'm very pleased.

I own rental property on a small City lot. I have been doing the lawn care myself but this year I am just to busy to keep up with it. I printed out Angie's list of service providers and called two. Joe was so eager, personable and responsive. I chose him. His service has been excellent.

$40/wk for lawn cutting is somewhat expensive, but the cost for hedge trimming and leaf clean-up is a good price.

JOE CUTS OUR LAWN ONCE EVERY 1-2 WEEKS. PRICE IS EXCELLENT. $40 PER CUT FOR 0.31 ACRES. HE ALSO TRIMS OUR HEDGES, ABOUT $100 FOR A FEW HRS OF WORK, WHENEVER WE ASK. HE'S A ONE-MAN OPERATION, SO MAY TAKE HIM 1-2 WEEKS TO GET TO THE HEDGES. HE CAN ALSO CLEAR/RAKE LEAVES (CAN'T REMEMBER HIS COSTS LAST SEASON), BUT PRICE IS REASONABLE.
