A & I did a great job with asbestos removal in my basement. They maintained a safe environment while working and cleaned the area thoroughly when completed. Isaiah was very patient in managing all of my concerns. The price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for asbestos removal.

I had asbestos wrap pipes enclosed in wood boxes in my basement. The company removed it, and were promptly paid. Crew left, go in basement, and there was 1 hidden pipe (6 1/2 feet) still wrapped, semi hidden by removable ceiling tiles. NO ONE STATED THAT THERE WAS STILL ONE PIPE WITH ASBESTOS WRAP. The crew just left. Isiah told me that the crew noticed it, but no told me. They had no intention of telling me about this problem. That upset me. He stated it was not included in our initial contract, but I didn't know about the pipe since it was hidden. If I know about it I would have included that 6 1/2 ft pipe in the job description. Why would I remove all the pipes but leave this one small pipe? On the phone, he asked for photos, and for me to remove the ceiling tiles. If a small job, he might do it himself. I emailed him photos, he emailed me back, and stated it would be a BRAND NEW JOB at a discount. WHAT!!!! I was not going to pay $650 to remove the wrap on one small pipe. I knew that he had to place a plastic divide in the basement., and cut some wood. I paid a total of $1500 for the entire job. I didn't intend for him to do the job for free, but not $650. Unexpected things usually happen when doing repairs or construction. I am NOT HAPPY with his response to me. It was a hidden pipe to both of us. He is the expert in this area, that is why I hired his company. Won't use or recommend A & 1 Health Solutions.

Isaiah was great to work with. He explained everything well and when they encountered more work than expected, I was contacted immediately and an agreed upon solution was executed fairly.

A and I did a good job on the floor but their service level is severely lacking. They showed up twice to my home over an hour late. They never sent me a formal quote after asking multiple times. They also never sent me a receipt for work done almost two weeks ago. I have contacted them multiple times and still no word from them. I would not recommend this company.

These guys did an excellent job. Very hard workers. I highly recommend them. They handled gutting my basement to the studs, mold remediation and asbestos removal. I’m definitely using them in my next project.

The work was done timely but I am still waiting on an invoice for the work completed. Otherwise I was happy with the service. The person with whom I had originally set up the estimate had to reschedule and I didn t get the message. When I called day of he was happy to give me an estimate over the phone.

Shawn came out, gave a quote, and arranged for the removal the following day. The crew was great. They took care of moving everything out, cleaned up after themselves and explained what they did. I would highly recommend them.

They had problems with workers showing up. Ron did the majority of the work himself. He did a great job and still managed to complete the job in less time than the estimate.

The entire team was professional,polite, and efficient. All of my concerns were addressed and to u pleasure,the time it took to complete the job was less than estimated.

A&I was very matter-of-fact about being able to do the work to comply with our description and report requirements. Unlike others that came in and then said they could only do part of the work, requiring a second company to complete it at a much higher combined price. The work passed inspection, and I believe their price was fair. The 4.5 is only because I was not actually there when the work was completed, and have not seen it for myself.

I would highly recommend this company as they spent time with me to explain the project. They showed up when they said they would. They were east to work with. Left the place clean, wore shoe covers AND very reasonable compared to other estimates for the exact same work. The only hiccup was that they let me know the day of the job that the material to re-wrap the pipes where asbestos was removed was not available and they would return in 3 days to install. Not a big deal. Again.... would highly recommend.
