When we called about a refinance Matthew Guillozet answered the phone right away, answered our questions, and worked on getting the best rate possible.  He was extremely knowledgeable on all the new refinance programs out there and fortunately we qualified for a great program.   He was very pleasant and efficient.  He always returned my calls and emails very quickly.  Our toddler son get even got sick in his office and he handled it professionally.  From the time we called to the time of the refinance was only a couple of weeks.  I would HIGHLY recommend him.

We contacted Matt in October for a refinance.  We are on a well, and had to have it tested several times over the course of the next month.  Matt was patient and gave excellent recommendations on how to shock out well so that it received a clean bill of health :)  When it was time to sign the paperwork, he worked around our schedule and when we arrived had everything ready to go.  The entire process took half an hour tops.  Highly recommend!
