M&G Heating and Air Conditioning

We are sharing our unfortunate experience with this HVAC contractor in hopes of saving someone else the frustration, anger and cold house we have had due to hiring M & G Heating & Air Conditioning and/or Michael Treadway for HVAC work. We can NOT recommend M & G Heating & Air Conditioning and/or Michael Treadway for HVAC work. Here's why: We hired & paid over $20,000 to M & G Heating & Air Conditioning to install their recommended Mitsubishi heat pump system with indoor floor mounted units. Just slightly over a year later, we have had significant problems and M & G (Michael Treadway) wont respond to our calls requesting service. Michael Treadway of M & G Heating & Air Conditioning claimed they registered the warranty of our units with the manufacturer, but we confirmed they did not. We learned that the dye that M & G Heating & Air put in our system (to check for leaks) was against the manufacturer's recommendation and very likely has damaged the units and shortened their life.
