Lisa Nishwitz of Coldwell Banker  (Vandalia) is an amazing realtor. Lisa
was our realtor from August 2015-March 2016, when we (finally!) sold our home
in Butler Township, in north Dayton. We asked Lisa to take over the selling our
home after a disastrous year with another realtor. We had a beautiful home in
an upscale subdivision, and if we had chosen Lisa from the beginning, it would
not have taken so long to sell. She really knows how to sell the higher priced
homes well.
Lisa is very affable and likeable. This is a great quality
for dealing with her clients, but also with other realtors and buyers. She is
very straightforward and direct. She told us what needed to be fixed/updated
right away. She led us on the pricing, having already analyzed the comparables
on our first meeting. She aggressively marketed the property?proactively
calling realtors to tell them to take their clients through, advertising on her
exclusive relocation web sites, and on MLS. She created a beautiful color
brochure for our property. With interested parties, she personally followed up
with calls, texts, and meetings.
In November 2015, we had our first offer; unfortunately, the
couple backed out on the day of closing. Lisa helped us through this difficult
time, staying positive, continuing her proactive marketing and propping up our
spirits. She was very confident in our home selling, which is what you want to
hear. You want a realtor who is ?there for you? when you have good luck, but
also someone to guide you through the bad times too.
Just 2 weeks later, in January 2016, we had another offer?2K
better than the first. Closing was March 2016, and Lisa has walked us through
everything from inspections to remedies to financing. I would recommend her
without reservation for anyone that wants a proactive, experienced, and
super-high energy friendly realtor.
