Choice Comfort Services

Choice Comfort Services is my go to provider for HVAC, electrical and plumbing projects. This past fall my wife and I purchased a new home that needed some repairs and updating. Choice Comfort Service techs came through on multiple occasions, even in a time crunch. Some of the projects they did include but not limited to: Re-located a cold air return Replaced chandeliers and lights Installed outlets Replaced exhaust fans and faucets in bathrooms Performed preventative maintenance on furnace Inspected the air condition and discovered a part on the verge of failure. Installed a new cable run In addition, a tech brought to my attention bare electrical wires near flammable insulation in the attic that the whole inspector missed. He also took the initiative to fix. There techs are always courteous and friendly. They take great care in leaving the home as clean as they found it. Overall, the fees are higher than some, but in line with the value of service rendered. And value is what one should consider. Having one company perform all of these services also gives me peace-of-mind that if something should happen to me, my family can rely on them as I have.

Plumber arrived on time, cut-out and removed sections of old metal pipes that were visibly corroded or leaking, replaced metal pipes with PVC and added new hangers / braces to support the new pipes to old pipe couplings. Because some portions of the old metal pipes were left in place (no problems with these) some new PVC and old metal drain pipes were joined. All work was done in just a few hours with no mess or problems left behind. So far, absolutely no issues have surfaced with the work that was done or from the hybrid mix of old metal and new PVC pipes. The hybrid mix of pipes recommended by the plumber was a much more cost-effective solution rather than a full PVC replacement.

Their price was reasonable. We actually had contact with five different people. There were two people that did the install, the salesperson, a tutor to come out and show us how to use the new thermostat, and a follow-up inspection. It took them one day to complete the work. They left the area very clean. They did an excellent work. They are very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and very friendly.

They are excellent. I like their professionalism, knowledge and their reasonable fees. I have used them so long over the years; when I work, I call them and leave a key, they come in and do what they need to do, and they lock the door and leave the key on the dining room table. Their price is good; sometimes they replace some of the firing mechanism, so the price just depends on what they do. Their quality is excellent. About 20 years ago, I put in a new air conditioning unit and a complete new furnace. I had checked with a number of people, and Peters Heating Service Co was the most reasonable even for the same type of unit and same brand. Their responsiveness is great; in fact I know the girl and she knows me by name. One of their technician lives near my house, and he would sometimes stop by on his way in to work. Their punctuality is pretty good; they call and tell me when they are going to be there and they are usually there, they give me a range maybe of half an hour. Their professionalism is very good. I wouldn't use anybody else.
