The nicest people I’ve ever worked with. Everything was upfront from the very beginning. There were no surprises,and they finished insulating my home in no time at all. They left about an hour ago, and the only thing they left was a quieter,warmer house. I wish I could give them more stars.

They filled my attic with insulation. I was amazed at the temperature difference after they were done. I had them schedules to blow insulation into my walls. They came out and started the job, only to find that I already had insulation in my walls. They were honest, and didn't even charge me for the little bit of work that they did perform. I paid them, and was very happy with the job they did. A few days later the owner comes to my door, and says that I had been over charged for the service due to rebate with the gas company. He gave me a check. I can not say enough good things about there honesty and integrity. The main guy I dealt with during the job was Corey. He was knowledgeable, and explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend them for the work they do.

The whole process was very quick. Mr. Sowders came out as scheduled to give an estimate. This was a small job and he was able to get everything done very quickly. His employees were professional and competent.

Corey was primarily who we dealt with and I can't say enough as to how well he presented himself and represented the company.
They did a wonderful job and we had good results from their efforts.
My complaint was with the owner of the company. He had agreed to accept our Angies List discount.
I then reached out to our local utility company and acquired another $1500 discount for our home.
The owner decided he would not then accept both the Angie's List discount and the discount from DP&L that I had applied for.
When I payed him for the work, he then added insult to injury by telling me he would be receiving another $1500 from DP&L for the work that he did to my home.
I was so upset by this occurrence that I did not feel like addressing this with Angie's List, or the BBB, at the time. Hence I am talking about it now as I am researching for my clients. I say this to alert other customers to be wary. Of course, I could have used another contractor but I was so pleased with Corey and the work crew that I stayed engaged with this company.

Larry and Corey were great to work with. They did a fantastic job. They were responsive to phone calls, punctual, neat, and very professional. I was 110% satisfied with the work they did. Can't believe how well it turned out.

Installers were extremely polite, they were very informative, they covered everything in plastic and cleaned everything up. They drilled a lot of holes through the drywall (we have aluminum siding and didn't want this done from the outside) and filled all of the wall cavities. They did a great job and we have already recommended them to friends.

We had an initial scheduling conflict but it was quickly worked out. The insulation installers were very polite and informative. They placed screening on the end vents, installed eve vent chutes, protected the can lights and other attic equipment, and blew in 18 inches of insulation to an R-49. They were fast and cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend them.

C&M Insulation was great!! The guys were punctual, friendly and professional. And they worked hard! It was a big job, since this house had very little insulation starting out. They had it done in a day and half, as they promised. They also made it very easy for us to take advantage of rebates from Vectren.
Up to this point, this has never been a cozy house. No one here has ever had a hot bath in the winter, the water gets cold fast. But as they worked, the guys saw they had access under the bathtub, so they insulated it. I didn't ask them to, they just did. I don't think they realized what a big deal that was, but I wanted to cry I was so happy about it!
Overall, I feel like I live in a new house that looks like my old one. The sound proofing with the Spider insulation has been incredible! I hear almost nothing from my neighbors, the train, or the street. I've noticed the temperature stays a lot more consistent in the house, even consistent between the two floors. Overall, C&M Insulation did a great job and I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

We had an ice dam issue from this past winter and needed some insulation replaced. It had been about 20 years since insulation had been put in so we decided to go ahead and add more to the existing insulation also. We thought the estimate was very fair and they took care of filing the rebate from Vectren as well as coordinating the inspection required from Vectren to coincide with the time they did the work. All went smoothly and we are quite happy with the result. Very professional.

During the time they were doing the job, I have had several things come up missing. Several that were expensive items. The owner had discovered that an employee that was stealing from the company and other customers however the employee has since been dealt with and is no longer with the company; I have also been remibursed for my losses. The owner was very professional and considerate of other people. He made things right which was appreciated.

We don’t have any issues with the work. They did a good, job especially the lead man. They came back two or three days later to finish up another job we asked them to do. This situation came into fruition from a policeman who said that jewelry had been stolen from my jewelry box. The police narrowed it down to an employee of this particular company. I want to make sure that no one else is getting things stolen from their homes.

Great company! They performed tests to check air flow and find gaps to fix as well as air sealed everything. An inspection crew also came out to make sure everything was done properly. The house is MUCH better now.

I had a frozen pipe bust (kitchen -exterior wall) and after the plumber opened the wall discovered there was little to no insulation. I called another insulation company and they had a $500.00 minimum. I am very glad that I found C&M on Angie's list. Larry came out knowing it was a small job and took care of the problem. I will call C& M Insulation this spring to have the rest of my home properly insulated.
