We have had Fred Ralston doing our heating and air work for approximately 8 years.  This most recent visit was to have a winter checkup and the installation of a humidifier.  Fred arrived close to on time and performed the work to our satisfaction.  He has a friendly personality, and he will go out of his way to help.  His prices are fair, and he does a great job for us.  We have recommended him to several friends who are all using his services now.  He has done all sorts of repairs for us over the years, from basic check ups, to replacing entire units.  When we moved into our current home, we did not realize the home inspector had not opened the door to the unit.  When Fred went to inspect the inside of the unit, he frantically told us that it was full of mold!  He rushed to get us a new unit at a fair price, and ripped the old unit out as quick as he could.  When we were having problems with our ducting (due to the design of the home) and not getting sufficient air flow to different parts of the house, he brought in a rep from the heat pump company to help strategize the best way to configure the vents to make them the most efficient.

We consider Fred Ralston to be a part of our family due to the long standing relationship we have with him.  He is professional, and very personable and he will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy!
