My home is a ranch so that it was relatively easy to access all the windows.  The worker was very efficient.

As usual they did an excellent job. We've used them for at least 10 years and plan to again.

When I first called to get an estimate, Dan was very responsive, coming
out the same day to provide an estimate.  On the day of the cleaning,
they were prompt, focused, courteous, and professional but also
friendly.  When Dan discovered he couldn't get a couple of our older
wood-framed storms off, he didn't charge us for the cleaning of those
windows.  The entire job took between 4 and 5 hours.  The windows look
great, and we would definitely hire this company again. 

The service tech was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, and did an excellent job in cleaning the windows of my seventh-floor suite.I was pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them to others.

I have used this company a few times, and have always been happy. I just had them out recently for another estimate, and intend to use them soon. I then realized that although I have been happy I hadn't taken the time to review them. So now I am posting a positive review.

They did a great job! They did outside and inside windows for us last year. My windows had some kind of film on them and they got it off and they now stay clean, so I hired them again! I also thought the price was extremely reasonable as well! They were on time, on budget and the job was done well. When they left you couldn't even tell they were here, except for the clean windows!

They arrived on time and listened to my concerns.  They were friendly and professional and granted me an additional request with a smile. I would DEFINITELY hire them again.

The crew was on time and very courteous. The windows look great now. I am super happy with the results. I am walking around admiring results, they needed it.

We got a coupon from Angie's list.  They were for two hours and they did not take the break.  They worked continuously.  I had some of the window film damaged, when I had painters and they had put the tape around it.  The film came off and the window guys were able to take it off.  I don't know what they used, but they got that off.  My house is built into a hill, so some of the windows are three-storey high.  They were great because they came one day and we had forecast rain, so I asked them to come back another day, and they did with no problem.  They came a little early.

They came when expected and worked efficiently.  Overall, they were terrific.

They were on time - 2 guys came.  They did a great job and were polite and neat.  They did work on the inside first and even wore the booties to keep my house clean. They then went outside and washed the windows and screens.   I love looking out my front window now cause it's so clean and clear.  I plan to use them in the future!

Great. Showed up on time, very professional and we can see outside now! The windows hadn't been cleaned in years but they are sparkling now.

     Tony and Nigel arrived at my house, introduced themselves, then, told me their plan regarding how they would clean my windows.
In addition, if I needed something else done, just let them know, and, they would be more than happy to take care of it. I took them on a tour of my house, and, they decided to start up and work down. Anything that was glass, was cleaned to perfection. I'm a happy camper, because I can finally see clearly through to the outside, now!  What a difference!!! I will use them again, for sure, and, have already referred them to a friend.

Mr. Nigel and Mr. Tony, the workers, arrived on time and were pleasant.  They did a good job.

They (AGI) were on time - took about an hour to do my house - excellent job and will use their services again.

Their price was reasonable. They were professional and friendly. We are going to have them back again for gutter work. I would recommend them to others.

I made them come out the last time.  I just had them do the windows.  They didn't do storm windows or anything.  They provided good value at a great price. 

We are preparing to sell our house and had GI Window Cleaning come to do our windows.  We have a very old house so they were working with many of the original windows.   They cleaned all of them exceptionally well, painted the window wells and even got several windows opened that had been painted shut.  The value for their service was simply unbelieveable.  They were professional, neat and we would definitely recommend them!!
