Do NOT allow 50 Floor into your home! while the men did a decent job on installing the floor, there were numerous problems with shoe molding and transition pieces from the LVT to carpet. The company made numerous promises to come and fix the work but never showed up. Every time I called the company, I was told, someone will call you back, but no one ever does. I finally filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The "flooring manager" finally called and scheduled a day to repair the molding issues. However, the morning of, he called to say that the installer called in sick and that another installer would be sent in the afternoon. No one ever showed up and no one ever called again. Other issues I encountered: they removed a faceplate from my dishwasher (to install the flooring) and did not replace it. Now the screws are gone and I have no way to reattach it. The installers did not have the correct transition pieces to connect the LVT to the carpet, so they ended up GLUING a transition piece to my existing carpet. I ended up cancelling the carpet order but now no one can tell me if the carpet charge has been removed from my bill. I would never hire 50 Floor in the future.
Description of Work: I needed LVT flooring installed in my kitchen and bathrooms and carpeting installed in one bedroom.
