Tom Mason was very unprofessional. Difficult to communicate with. He created contract but then did not follow the terms. He cut corners during construction; installing drywall with nails rather than screws. Within months, nail heads pushing out of walls. Was supposed to provide attic storage access but just cut a small hole into ceiling, where drywall crumbles and falls to ground every time you try to access space. Lost an outside faucet as he covered indoor valve with drywall and he couldn't find location afterwards to provide access. Two electric outlets in two bedrooms no longer work after new electric work done. Dumpster sitting in driveway for couple months caused driveway to crack. Mason refused to address issues. Very unprofessional and poor workmanship.
