Mark and team from Palace Aid did a great job in remodeling our kitchen and a few other projects around our house.
Mark won a competitive bid process for the kitchen I did with a number of service providers.  His pricing was very competitive, he started and finished in the timeframe quoted.  His price at the end was what he quoted and he did some add on services I requested for very reasonable price.  He was very accommodating to our needs and schedule...
At the end of the project, Mark personally went through the completed project with us and did some "fine tuning" my wife requested to ensure our satisfaction with the project.  We are very happy with the work Mark and his team did on our kitchen and we are planning to use Palace Aid again in the near future when we remodel our master bathroom!!

Job was unexpected and Mark was able to work me in to his schedule and have things ready before the new tennant moved in.

Mark showed up when he said he would...worked diligently and completed the job of repairing my window sills  in no time.  The work was ready to be painted...which he would have done but I had already hired a painter.  His work was quality work...I'd use this company for ALL of my future carpentry needs!  He's honest, hardworking, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg.  He's a great guy...I give him an A+++++++...and I'm not the easiest person to please.  He's professional...and kind!  Hire him...you won't be disappointed!

Excellent work! Mark was referred to us by our kitchen designer, Andrea from The Cabinet Shop. He provided pricing to install our cabinets and appliances, which I believed was very reasonable, so we relied on Andrea's recommendation and accepted the proposal. Mark was very easy to communicate with as I kept him posted on the kitchen renovation schedule - using email and texts - and he was very responsive. He started as scheduled and completed the multi-step installation efficiently and in a high quality manner. He also was patient with my questions and provided good advice on transition details and when I wasn't sure how to sequence activities. I tried my best to limit his trips, and he and I were able to schedule those trips when it worked for both of our schedules. I work in commercial construction, so even though I didn't have much experience in managing a home renovation project this big, I look back at the experience very positively overall. I had some contractors that were great, some just good, some not so good. Mark was clearly one of the "great" contractors, and was key to successful completion. He took great pride in his work and it showed in the quality and detail of his work. I strongly recommend Mark Quitter for any home remodeling project and will be calling him back when we're ready to renovate our bathroom. Thanks Mark!

We were extremelly pleased with the entire job. The price was fair and the work was completed within the time frame expected. Mark is meticulous about his work from the care in installation to the cleanliness of his surroundings. He did not hesitate to call in a plumber and electrician for the soffit reconfiguration before new cabinets were installed. We trusted his judgement when questions arose and he worked with us to ensure our full satisfaction. If we were to have another project we would not hesitate to use PalaceAid again.
