Michael is the best home inspector I have ever encountered. He did a fantastic job inspecting a home that we were considering buying. While we had been really in love with the house, Michael's inspection showed in detail the many issues that it had, convincing us that this was NOT the house we had believed it to be. His care and honesty saved us a lot of money and heartache, and we are really grateful to him for doing such an outstanding job. As we continue our search for a home that is perfect for us, we will continue to count on Michael to provide us with the information so essential to making a good and informed choice. This is our third house buy and definitely Michael (from Heritage Home Inspections) was our best experience by far. The attention to detail during the inspection, the format to deliver the inspection, and the post-inspection debrief and patience to answer all our questions was outstanding. Add to the above that this inspection was done during the COVID19 pandemic, with several restrictions in place, making everything more difficult. Frankly, I couldn't recommend Michael more. I would give him A+ in every field.

Michael was willing to take all that time that I needed to understand everything. Fortunately, there were very few problems with the house. He was much more thorough than I ever would have thought to be.

This couldn't have gone better. Michael Brady of Heritage Home Inspections found items we were not aware of but also assured us that the home we were buying was in relatively good shape which eased our minds. He took lots of time explaining what the issues were, what items we might also want taken care of, and what parts of the house were in especially good shape, e.g., the roof. Brady also shared information that identified what items might need to be replaced within 2-3 years, e.g, the hot water heater because of its life expectancy. We were thrilled with his service, friendly style, and thorough knowledge.
