+ -1 moreNeeded him to build a garage after a horrible storm. And tear down the garage. Wouldnt send a contract. Extremely high priced, Said we had to do unnecessary work like cut down 25 foot trees, We ended paying a $1000 to have the tree taken down. Sent him $ to start the work. The work was going to be 22,000 after he proposed 19,000. Was very rude. Didn’t know he had to have a permit to bring down the garage. Says people call him everyday and say I don't need your business.
