My wife paid him before the job was completed,(siding was not replaced). It took three months, repeated calls, and a threat to call our lawyer to get him to finish his work. Last year, the roof started leaking, and ruined our dining room ceiling. I found where it was leaking and tried to patch it several times. It still leaked. We finally tarped it for the winter. We didn't call Jeff Martin because of all the trouble we had trying to get him to finish the job in the first place. We felt trying to get him to fix the roof was not worth the trouble. We called three roofers last week to get estimates. All three told use the shingles were not staggered, the water was getting under all the shingles on the house. They all said the roofing was not done correctly. So, after six years, we have to put another roof on our house, at a cost of $5,500.00. By the way, the patio roof leaks, too. We just don't go there if it rains.
